Welcome to our Patient Portal.

The purpose of the portal is to check for your lab results, ask clarifying and logistical questions, request appointments, review visit notes and documents, and pay your invoices.

Please do not start long thread conversations in the portal as we are not capable of handling these dialogues.

Proper portal questions include:

Clarifying protocol instructions
Brief supplement questions
Brief Medication questions
Lab Clarification
Troubleshooting mild symptoms
Staying on track without a full visit

Not for:

New symptoms or diagnoses
Lab reviews
Referral Requests
Questions needing >5 minutes
In-depth counseling.

Please do not ask for advice on treating Colds, Flues, Covid or other acute illness through messaging. You will need to make an appointment or go to urgent care.
