Please note: the portal is available to send secure messages clarifying or updating existing treatment plans, reviewing visit summaries, scheduling appointments, completing questionnaires, viewing and sharing labs and documents, requesting refills, updating meds, and supplements. If you are asking a new question or asking our staff for a new request that is not related to a previous request you may be asked to schedule and appointment or be offered to complete the request for a fee. Messages are addressed based on priority.
